I like being able to use MyChart messaging for non-urgent questions as he responds in a reasonable time. I get results quickly through MyChart so I don’t have to call in. If I have a question about results, I just send a message through MyChart and he replies. I didn’t feel rushed in any appointment and I feel confident in his expertise on the subject.
